Tracy Landry has been with Kirby since 2011. She creates the menus and recipes that provide a broad palette of flavors and nutrients for the Kirby Café lunch program. Tracy has been a chef in Santa Cruz County for 16 years, working in restaurants and food service for 30 years. She has created menus for The Hindquarter Bar and Grille, Asana Tea Café, Ben Lomond and Scotts Valley Markets, her own business called Cruz Food, and set up a nutrition program for Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center’s Crisis House residential treatment facility. We always take requests and are happy to help accommodate special dietary needs. Tracy is genuinely excited by questions and always available for a conversation about food, nutrition, and menu suggestions!
