Kirby Open Houses paint a vivid picture of the education your student will receive at Kirby. We begin with a Kirby family & faculty meet and greet, followed by a more formal presentation, a Q & A session with current students, a “Campus Passport Tour,” and a closing reception.
Mingle with current families to learn about the Kirby culture — collaborative, creative, and caring. Discover the inside story — school climate, college prep, the balance of classes and extracurricular activities, and the level of attention and commitment given to every student.
Get to know our faculty, experience their passion for teaching, and learn more about their creativity and depth of knowledge in their fields. Communicate your needs and preferences to the Kirby support team. Our Deans of Students, Academic Counselors, College Counselor, and Director of Learning Services will be on hand to answer all your questions.
Open House dates:
A shadow day is an excellent way to experience a day at Kirby and to see if our school is a good fit for your student. We will pair your student with a host who has similar interests. They will spend the day together, attending classes, hanging out with other Kirby students, and enjoying lunch with friends in the renowned Kirby Café.
How it works:
Let us show you around our campus with a personal tour. It’s an ideal way to see Kirby students and faculty in action. Our Director of Admissions, Amy Hemmert, is available by appointment. She will answer your questions and show you all that Kirby has to offer.
