Kirby considers applications year-round through a rolling admissions process, with priority given to applications received by the February 1 priority admissions application deadline.

Admissions applications are processed independently from financial aid applications.

The Admissions Application has seven (7) components. All components must be received before an application is considered complete.
Download the application kit, complete the following forms, and mail them with the $75 application fee to the Kirby Admissions Office.

Provide the Academic Records Request form, also found in the application kit, to the applicant’s current school. They will send your academic records directly to the Kirby Admissions Office. Documents can be sent via fax or email, or mailed in hard copy. If documents are being mailed, we suggest that you expedite the process by providing the school with a stamped, pre-addressed envelope. These documents should not be collected by the applicant.
The following recommendation forms, found in the application kit, should also be provided to the applicant’s current school. The completed math, English and school principal/counselor recommendation forms should be sent directly to the Kirby Admissions Office. These documents should not be collected by the applicant.
For your convenience, these forms are available in 2 formats, a hard copy (pdf) version may be printed, filled out by hand, and mailed to the Kirby Admissions Office. The digital format can be downloaded, opened with Adobe Acrobat, filled out, saved, and emailed to the Kirby Admissions Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Once the Admissions Application is complete (including all transcripts and completed teacher recommendation forms), the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a student interview and writing assessment.
If you’re planning to apply for financial aid, you will need to submit the Admissions Application by the February 1, 2019 deadline and complete the entire application process by March 4, 2019. Financial Aid Applications must be completed by the February 15, 2019 financial aid deadline. Please read through the Tuition and Financial Aid section for specific instructions.
